The Albuquerque Center for Spiritual Living has meant many different things for my life in the past three years. Each of these things is unique, and important, and has impacted my Spiritual Journey in ways I may never fully express. ACSL has been a place of comfort, a place to sing, a place of friendship. I have come to find community and opportunities to be of service here. Most importantly, ACSL has become a place for my education and all the challenges, triumphs, and excitement that have come with that from my first workshop and as I continue on to ministerial school. It would be so much easier to describe ACSL as a place where I go every week and how that has impacted my life. But, this community; the space, the people, and the energy are so much more than weekly services and meetings. The energy created in our space, our hearts, and minds is truly transforming everyone who is a part of this community, even if they just come one time. I truly believe our consciousness is shaping our world, an amazing world that I am grateful for everyday.

The Center has been the pillar of strength in the past year- as I encountered challenges and growing pains. It has encouraged me to find and try to live authentically. I appreciate that our spiritual practice is to honor the many paths to God and that all paths will ultimately lead to the same Infinite Spirit. Our community is remarkable; we are transforming our personal lives, helping each other and building a community/world that truly works for everyone. To belong to this community has taught me to have a personal relationship with God and to discover when we are deeply connected with Spirit how simple it is to bring peace and harmony to anything. I am learning to live purposefully and gaining spiritual maturity. I am honored to be a part of a community that is full of life, loving, supportive and diverse group of people.

At a time in my life when I needed community & support I came back to the Center and I have to say that is exactly what I found. This community has opened it's arms and heart to me. I have seen amazing growth take place in our community and myself. Rev. Kylie always encourages me to think outside the box and well beyond where I can envision on my own. It is so exciting to me to see how spirt has expressed itself through our community and I really want to be apart of this and support it in whatever way Spirit works through me.
