Collaborative Dj'ing the headphone dance party is Sound Musician Jesse Kalapa!
As a 2nd generation percussionist, Jesse Kalapa, has been a life long explorer of the healing benefits & transformational power of drumming, music, and sound. He has played with kirtan groups and offered soundscape at ceremonies, in yoga studios, and on retreats for over 20 years. Kalapa Offers coaching and inner process work through movement and sound to help people align with their true self and get the results they need on the physical plane. He works with folks one on one and, in small groups, collaborating in affirmative intuitive musical prayer sessions.
I have been waiting for this moment to collaborate with folks like Cliff, Atava and Amani on an experience of celebration and dancing for revelation - dancing to get the shit moving and activate the higher self!!! Why now? Liberation from the voices in my head informed by media and healing from past self imprisonment so I can care for myself, my family, and commuinty. Liberation and healing now to strenthen our bonds!

The Herbal Healing Space is a sanctuary, a place where we can be held in the care of plants as we practice revolutionary rest. It is a space to be present with ourselves and tend to whatever emotions or energies may arise during the dancing. Energy workers will also be present to offer healing touch. We invite you to visit the Herbal Healing Space to commune with plant relatives, tend to the soil of your being and to experience liberatory Earth-based healing.
Pop Up Prayer Support will be provided by ABQ CSL Practitioners throughout the event.
